Absolutely. We handle the entire "porting" process for you. Whether you have a single landline or a complex range of digital numbers, Live or ceased but still within the 30 days cooling period. NB: The whole porting process takes 3 - 10 working days. There's a £14.95 one-off fee to pay for the porting.

Existing IP Phones: If you already have a compatible handset and know how to apply VoIP configuration settings it, we will send you all the required configuration settings once you subscribe. We also have Guides for most major handset models.

Softphones: You also have the option to use Softphone VoIP Plan on your existing laptops and/or smartphones.

New Hardware Purchase: If you do need new gear (Phone or ATA), we offer pre-configured, "plug-and-play" handsets and ATAs that work straight out of the box at NO additional cost.
One of the biggest perks of our cloud system is built-in redundancy. If your office loses power or internet, your calls are automatically rerouted to a mobile app, a secondary backup number, or an automated voicemail-to-email service. Your business stays reachable no matter what. Also, we do sell mini UPS systems if interested.
If you aren't porting an existing number, we can have your system live within 24 hours. If we are moving your existing numbers, it typically takes 3–10 working days, but we can provide one temporary number in the meantime so you can start saving immediately (UK Businesses & Homes Only).
