Fair Usage Policy (FUP) & Exclusions:

Our Fair Usage Policy is designed to keep our services reliable and affordable for everyone. It prevents extreme usage patterns—such as auto-dialling, telemarketing-scale volume, or continuous “always-on” calling—from impacting network quality and pricing for other users.

Policy Details: The FUP only applies to the inclusive calls built into your monthly package. Any calls made outside of your package are charged directly from your account credit.

• Maximum Monthly Allowance: Up to 3,000 minutes to UK landlines (evenings and weekends only).
• Peak-Time Calls: Not included.
• Mobile Calls: Not included (excludes all mobile network operators)

Important Notes

• Individual Tracking: Usage is carefully tracked for this ‘Unlimited’ VoIP Plan.
• Monthly Reset: Your minute counter resets automatically at the start of each billing cycle i.e. the 1st of each month.
• Call Rounding: Minutes are calculated based on billed duration and are rounded up to the nearest full minute.
• Calls exceeding your plan’s limits will be billed in arrears at our standard rates.
