Access Points

An Access Point (AP) or a Wireless Access Point (WAP) is a networking device that links wireless devices to establish a wireless network. Access Points are available in various models such as AC, HD (High-Density), LR (Long Range), and Mesh.

Mesh APs are designed to meet the needs of any indoor or outdoor wireless network. WiFi APs provide numerous benefits, including Power over Ethernet (PoE), bridging for secure and seamless building connections, and controller-based APs for centralised management.

Access Points work by being connected to Routers or Switches. This then enables them to have an internet connection which they transmit as a WiFi.
